Daily coaching, support and accountability to help you achieve (& maintain) your health, weight and wellness goals and be the best version of yourself.

The 6 Week Health & Wellness Reset is a small group community where we support each other to achieve our goals.

Research shows that we are more likely to adopt the habits of those around us.

The power of the group is in working together to embed similar new habits and stay focused on our goals. A healthy lifestyle is a continuous journey and one that is made easier by sharing it with others on a similar path.

If weight loss is your goal, working on healthier lifestyle and nutrition habits will allow you to achieve weight loss without having to be a slave to the scales or having to weigh and track food & calories (but if you want to track, I can help you with that too).

DAILY CHECKINS

Daily check-ins via a private Facebook group to help you stay on track, accountable and motivated as you embed new habits

Daily education to help understand the “why”, which then make changes easier to understand and implement

1-TO-1 & GROUP SUPPORT 

Personalised support when you need it, as well as bi-weekly Group Check-ins and Q&As via Zoom to answer any questions, provide solutions to any challenges that you face and help keep you motivated
